Dr. Mary Pappano

Dr. Pappano grew up in Akron, Ohio. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Findlay where she was also a softball athlete. She attended veterinary school at the Ohio State University. Following veterinary school she completed her rotating internship at the University of Missouri. She is very excited to be back at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital as a cardiology resident. Dr. Pappano's first job was at Metropolitan working in the wards and she also worked as a technician in the Cardiology department while in veterinary school. Dr. Pappano has a special interest in arrhythmias , canine cardiac disease, and  cardiac diseases of the North American marsupial. She is a lover of all things involving chihuahuas. In her free time, Dr. Pappano enjoys painting and drawing, reading, watching softball, and searching for quality Italian food.
