Jacob Kline

Originally from Greencastle, Pennsylvania, Dr. Kline was fortunate enough to be surrounded by and hands on with marine life while traveling which inspired him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. He is a graduate from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, completed his rotating internship at Friendship Hospital for Animals in Washington DC, and surgical internship at Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center.

When he's not caring for animals, he enjoys playing soccer, piano, photography, boating, and spending time with his partner and fur babies. He is looking forward to what Ohio has to offer as this will be a whole new experience for him living in a new city.

Dr. Kline is excited to join Metropolitan and start his veterinary career as one of their surgery residents. He's proud to be part of a hospital that places such high value in their community and prioritizes a supportive, fun, environment that pushes for professional and personal growth. This will be a great opportunity to further his career in becoming a veterinary surgeon.
