Dr. Mironovich grew up in Cleveland, OH and obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame. After attending The Ohio State University to attain her veterinary degree, she completed an equine internship at Mid Atlantic where her love of ophthalmology was discovered. Following this, she completed a research fellowship at Louisiana State University focusing on the treatment of ocular disease caused by feline herpesvirus. Dr. Mironovich stayed on at Louisiana State University to complete a comparative ophthalmology residency in canine, feline, equine and exotic ophthalmology. Her professional interests include feline ophthalmology, corneal surgery, and ocular physiology. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with her family and cats.
